I don't want to see the page get deleted though, because it was very helpful when I was new to the game, and I think there's still room for creativity in this area.

It's gone through a series of heavy edits as of late because people feel it's not up to par with the Oblivion page, and the listed enchantments weren't particularly unique or creative.
